ok i have layered hair that is kind of a bob and its almost to my shoulders, my bangs kind of sweep across depending on how i part it. so does anyone have any cute hair styles i can shape my hair into and i have light blonde highlights with light brown hair anyone have any good ideas?! or does anyone know how to grow out hair faster?! ugh help! :(

Get it layered more throughout the crown for more body and height on top. Try playing with the ends--razor cut or flipped or graduated back to front

try getting it trimmed, then i don't' know. trimming the split ends off makes hair grow faster.........

if you have some free time then just try out different things and see what you like. curling it would be really cute, so you might want to try that. (either with a curling iron or sleeping in curlers would work fine)
