Layered, definately not a one length bob, u can get a stacked bob which has the same basic look but has layers in it for more movement and styling options. bangs are in, but on a side part and angled at a slant, not short bangs, leave long enough to be able to tuck behind the ear.

Layered, no bangs for me.
Reason: I have curly hair and a bob looks terrible on me and bangs really pop up short, too. With layered no bangs, I can wear it curly or straight, up or down. I like versatility.

Layered/with no bangs might look a lliittlle better. But bobs WITH bangs are alot more cute. Choppy is o_k_a_y. It's kind of a llllllliitttlle rough. With little tiny weeny.......like.......kind of like bumps in them.
