ok so i have a cow lick part which means i cant have a fringe, and my mum says that every girl in my family who has dyed there hair brown ends up looking like a guy! but would that be true about me?? and is there anyway i can get a fringe that wont make me look weird??
when i go back to school (3 weeks) i want a whole new look its time for a change, i want to look really different, and shock people!!
my hair colours a bit messy cos in june 07 i dyed it all a bright orange/red colour and cut it in a bob (which didnt really suit me) so now i want a different look!!
i live in australia so we dont have the same stores as america!!

Try wearing some natural makeup.. your fair so you should get a fair colour foundation and maybe a little bit of light pinkish blush on your cheekbones, black mascara and a clear gloss for your lips.
You should maybe try a light blonde colour for your hair as lighter may look better than darker (eg. brown)
You should go to TMH hair salons (im from Aus too and I go to TMH salons and they're great!)
You could get a fringe.. probably a side fringe i think that'd look great with a nice sandy blonde hair colour, If you have a good quality hair straightener the "cow lick" shouldn't be a problem (I have the same thing and you can't even tell!lol) and your hair would like really healthy and nice if you straightened it!
Your a pretty girl, You have a nice smile and nice eyes you don't really need much more but if you wanna shock people I suggest the above^^

OK, I don't know how to be nice about this, but you have to do something with those red eyes. See if you can get some contacts that have black pupils.

You could get bangs, they would look nice!
Try some black mascara, nude lipgloss, and metallic eyeshadow.

actually, i kind of like that hair color on you to be honest. ot doesnt look that bad actually. its different and it brings out the color of your eyse. if you are allowed to wear make up, why not experiment with that and try different looks. or maybe just try out some different clothing styles that people normally would wear.

I think you look fine, but if you want to go for a change, maybe a caramel or blondie/brownie colour would look nice. It's not full on brown and the sun will lighten the highlights.
Layers and bangs look good on everyone, so maybe you could have a look into that

play with makeup. black mascara, black eyeliner, any color would suit ya for eye shadow. whites even med to dark browns on the lids. keep it simple with lots of shiny lipglosses.
is it possible to get your hair professionally dyed? cost cutters has a deal that you can get 6 foils i think for 25 bux. i would have them foil in blonde and dark brown on the top. or any two colors you like. its like 25 bux and an extra 5 for any other color i think. the length of your hair seems fine. i wouldnt go much shorter. you could try face framing layers or long layers in the back. i wouldnt go totally brown unless you have some blonde highlights. you could dye it yourself a light brown and have someone put in blonde highlights either out of a box or professionally. put some chunkier highlights around your face. invest in a blow drier and hot rollers is a must. also a 1 1/2 inch curling iron would help cause it looks like you have a bit of a wave in your hair. so if your ever running later you can quickly straighten and fly away hairs.

why don't you do some highlights to cut down on the brassiness of the color? also, add some layers to the bottom 3 inches, if you can work a side part with that cowlick, try that

ok well i think you should go a light brown kinda colour or chocolate brown. Also instead of getting a fringe try a side fringe and get your hair layered. maybe try some natural looking make up. but remember not too much cause i think you look fine they way you are right now!

Dye your hair dark brown - that color is /horrible/ - I'm sure your mom only told you that because she doesn't want you to dye your hair again, but idk maybe not - you wouldn't look like a guy.

I like your hair colour!.. Just retouch it at the roots so you dont get dark regrowth and it will look fine!
If you dont like your hair colour, then just get a rinse colour
you dont have to permanently dye your hair brown
just try it out
You could just get a normal fringe..like one that goes behind your ear or something..
Try straightening your hair..it will look cool..
And just the basics in make-up
you dont have to use every makeup item there
is to look pretty
